We are extremely proud to announce that our second patron is confirmed as writer Sarah Phelps.
Sarah is the talented writer of WW1 Drama, The Crimson Field. A wonderful dramatisation of the lives of the VADs of WW1.
Sarah is also a regular writer on the soap Eastenders
Sarah has been a wonderful support to the Wenches and we are so very honoured that she has agreed to be our patron.
We welcome Sarah with much heartfelt thanks from all the Wenches.
Sarah says “I’m so proud to be a patron of the organisation Roses of No Man’s Land, honouring and remembering the extraordinary courage and passionate dedication of the military, civilian and volunteer nurses of World War 1”
